VIVANDA ASIA SUPERMARKET

The renovation of the architectural concept and institutional image of the supermarket was in charge of Molinari Arquitectos Asociados, an architecture office based in Chile. The store in the district of Asia, south of Lima, was the first and seeks to replicate the new image in other supermarkets in the capital.

The participation of Shell Arquitectos consisted on the support throughout the entire project, from the code advice in the stages of conceptual design, coordination with specialists during the development of the project, preparation and management of municipal documents, and finally, coordination with local authorities to obtain construction permits.

On the other hand, we were in charge of the architectural supervision during construction, reviewed and accepted the materials and finishes to meet the project specifications; adjustments due to clients request and some unforeseen events detected on site were resolved in coordination with the office in Chile; the follow-up during construction allows us to guarantee a product of quality.
